कृषि कानून बनने के दो महीने बाद भी इसके खिलाफ किसानों का गुस्सा कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। मोदी सरकार को घेरने के लिए किसान दिल्ली के अंदर दाखिल होने की हरसम्भव कोशिश कर रहे हैं। खास तौर पर पंजाब और हरियाणा के किसान लंबे समय से इस कानून के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करने में लगे हुए हैं। वहीं अब यूपी के किसानों ने भी सड़कों पर उतरने का फैसला लिया है। ऐसे में यह आंदोलन केंद्र के लिए बड़ी चुनौती बन गई है। आखिर इस किसान आंदोलन के पीछे वे कौन से चेहरें हैं जिन्होंने मोदी सरकार के नाक में दम कर दिया है?
गुरनाम सिंह चढूनी
भारतीय किसान यूनियन के हरियाणा अध्यक्ष गुरनाम सिंह चढूनी उन नेताओं में से है जिन्होंने इतनी बड़ी तादाद में हरियाणा के किसानों को एकजुट करने का काम किया है। वहीं दिल्ली कूच के लिए जमीन तैयार करने में भी इनकी बड़ी भूमिका मानी जा रही है। अब इन पर हत्या के प्रयास समेत 8 धाराओं में केस दर्ज हो गया है। मोहड़ी चौकी के हवलदार प्रदीप कुमार की शिकायत पर पड़ाव थाने में केस दर्ज हुआ। एफआईआर में जनसमूह के साथ उपद्रव मचाने और वाहन चढ़ाकर हत्या करने की कोशिश करने व संक्रमण का खतरा फैलाने की धाराएं भी लगाई हैं। लेकिन बीकेयू के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चढूनी का कहना है कि वे हम कृषि मंत्री से कोई बैठक नहीं करेंगे। हमारी जो मीटिंग होगी सीधे प्रधानमंत्री से होगी। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि बातचीत के दौरान आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। आंदोलन किसी भी कीमत पर नहीं रुकेगा।
बलबीर सिंह राजेवाल
पंजाब की प्रमुख किसान यूनियन भारतीय किसान यूनियन (राजेवाल) के प्रमुख बलवीर सिंह राजेवाल पंजाब के बड़े जनाधार वाले किसान नेता माने जाते हैं। किसानों को एकजुट कर दिल्ली कूच के लिए तैयार करने में ये बड़े सूत्रधार हैं। बलवीर सिंह राजेवाल संयुक्त किसान मोर्चे के सात सदस्यीय कोर कमेटी के सदस्य भी हैं। राजेवाल सिर्फ इतना चाहते हैं कि तीनों कृषि कानून वापस लिए जाएं। न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य को कानून बनाया जाए। प्रस्तावित बिल अध्यादेश को वापस लिया जाए और स्वामीनाथन आयोग की सिफारिशों को लागू किया जाए।
योगेन्द्र यादव
स्वराज अभियान के जरिए भारतीय किसानों की गंभीर समस्याओं को उठाने वाले योगेन्द्र यादव इस आंदोलन में भी सक्रिय हैं। गुरुवार को दिल्ली आने की कोशिश कर रहे इस नेता को पुलिस ने हिरासत में लिया। लेकिन वे इस आंदोलन को जारी रखने की बात पर अड़े हैं। बता दें कि योगेंद्र यादव एक भारतीय सामाजिक वैज्ञानिक और चुनाव विश्लेषक हैं। माना जाता है कि उनका विश्लेषण बहुत ही सटीक होता है। योगेंद्र यादव दिल्ली के सीएसडीएस के वरिष्ठ शोध फेलो भी रहे हैं। योगेंद्र यादव 2015 तक आम आदमी पार्टी के राजनीतिज्ञ रहे हैं। उन्होंने 2015 में आम आदमी पार्टी छोड़ दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने स्वराज इंडिया नामक पार्टी की स्थापना की। स्वराज अभियान भारतीय किसानों की गंभीर समस्या को उठाते हैं।
वीएम सिंह
राष्ट्रीय किसान मजदूर संगठन के अध्यक्ष सरदार वीएम सिंह भी किसानों की आवाज को प्रमुखता से उठाते रहे हैं। देश भर के किसानों को एकजुट करने में इनकी बड़ी भूमिका मानी जाती है। वीएम सिंह का मानना है कि हाल ही में बनाए गए तीनों कृषि कानून किसानों को बर्बाद कर देंगे। यदि स्वामीनाथन आयोग की संस्तुतियों को लागू कर दिया जाए तो किसानों के बच्चों को प्राइवेट नौकरी के लिए भटकना नहीं पडे़गा।
राकेश टिकैत
भाकियू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत किसानों की आवाज को बुलन्द करते रहे हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश से आने वाले ये किसान नेता भी मौजूदा आंदोलन को समर्थन कर रहे हैं।किसान नेता राकेश टिकैत ने ऐलान किया कि यूपी का किसान सड़क पर उतरेगा। टिकैत के मुताबिक आज सुबह 11 बजे से बहुत बड़ा प्रदर्शन होगा। राकेश ने कहा कि यूपी के किसान दिल्ली-देहरादून हाईवे को जाम करेंगे। टिकैत ने कहा कि वे पंजाब,हरियाणा के किसानों के साथ हैं। उन्होंने यहां तक कह दिया की ‘अगर किसान दिल्ली नहीं जा सकते, तो सरकार उन्हें इस्लामाबाद भेज दे।’
