केजरीवाल का ईडी पर हमला- ”गलत बुलाया…समन अवैध”, पेश नहीं होंगे सीएम

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने ईडी के समन का गुरुवार को ईडी दफ्तर में पहुंचने से कुछ घंटे पहले जवाब दिया। केजरीवाल ने ईडी के नोटिस को अवैध बताया। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि “समन नोटिस अवैध और राजनीति से प्रेरित है। नोटिस बीजेपी के इशारे पर भेजा गया। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नोटिस भेजा गया था कि मैं चार राज्यों में चुनाव प्रचार के लिए जाने में असमर्थ रहूं। ईडी को तुरंत नोटिस वापस लेना चाहिए।” हालांकि एएनआई ने कहा है कि केजरीवाल अब ईडी के सामने पेश नहीं होंगे। गुरुवार को वो एमपी के सिंगरौली में रोडशो करने जा रहे हैं। उनके साथ पंजाब के सीएम भगवंत मान भी होंगे। ईडी गुरुवार सुबह से केजरीवाल कैबिनेट के मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद के घर छापे मार रही है। दूसरी तरफ केजरीवाल के गुरुवार के बयान ने इस सारे मामले को राजनीतिक बना दिया है। हालांकि यह पूरी तरह से दिल्ली सरकार की रद्द हो चुकी शराब नीति में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग से जुड़ा मामला है। सीबीआई इसी मामले में केजरीवाल से पहले ही पूछताछ कर चुकी है। अब ईडी भी पूछताछ करना चाहती है। लेकिन केजरीवाल ने ईडी के समन पर अपना रुख जाहिर कर मामले को अलग दिशा में मोड़ दिया है। इससे उनके प्रति हमदर्दी जगाने की भी कोशिश हो सकती है।आम आदमी पार्टी ने बुधवार को कहा था कि उसे पता चला कि पूछताछ के बाद केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। दिल्ली के मंत्री सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि उस स्थिति में पार्टी और दिल्ली सरकार जेल से चलेगी। पार्टी ने स्पष्ट किया कि उसने गुरुवार को केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी की संभावना को ध्यान में रखा और योजना बनाई है। शराब नीति केस में आप के खिलाफ मामला तब और मजबूत हो गया जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मनीष सिसौदिया को जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया और कहा कि ₹338 करोड़ के मनी ट्रांसफर के संबंध में एक पहलू अस्थायी रूप से स्थापित हो रहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए दिल्ली बीजेपी नेता मनोज तिवारी ने कहा कि केजरीवाल को जल्द ही गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।ईडी गुरुवार को केजरीवाल के एक और मंत्री को विवाद में ले आई। उसने मंत्री राजकुमार आनंद के 9 ठिकानों पर गुरुवार सुबह से ही छापे मारने शुरू कर दिए। यह खबर लिखे जाने तक आनंद के ठिकानों पर ईडी के अधिकारी मौजूद हैं। लेकिन यह साफ नहीं है कि ये छापे शराब स्कैम से जुड़े हैं या नहीं। ईडी के सूत्रों का कहना है कि यह मामला मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग से जुड़ा हो सकता है। इस बीच, भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता शहजाद पूनावाला ने ईडी के नोटिस पर केजरीवाल के तीखे जवाब पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि आप को यह समझना चाहिए कि आज केजरीवाल के नाटक का समय नहीं है, बल्कि उन्हें जाकर ईडी को जवाब देना चाहिए। शहजाद पूनावाला ने कहा, “क्या अदालतें आपके खिलाफ हैं? क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट आपके खिलाफ बदले की कार्रवाई कर रहा है? और जब कांग्रेस नेता बयान जारी करते हैं कि आप (केजरीवाल) शराब घोटाले के लिए व्यक्तिगत रूप से जिम्मेदार हैं, तो क्या वे भी आपके खिलाफ प्रतिशोध की भावना रखते हैं।”
