बागेश्वर धाम के पंडित धीरेंद्र कृष्ण शास्त्री की कवरेज में दो-तीन दिन साथ बिताने वाले एबीपी चैनल के पत्रकार साथी ज्ञानेंद्र तिवारी भी भरे पंडाल में कुछ ऐसा कर गए। जिसकी वजह से पूरे मीडिया जगत का सिर झुक गया। धीरेंद्र शास्त्री ने इस पत्रकार को मंच पर बुलाकर उनके चाचा के साथ भाई और भतीजी के नाम क्या बता दिए उसने इसे चमत्कार बता दिया। जबकि ज्ञानेंद्र की फेस बुक पर इस तरह की साधारण जानकारियां पहले से ही मौजूद थी। क्या हो गया है सूचना देने वाली हमारी इस बिरादरी को। पहले सारे चैनल फ्री होते थे। फिर कुछ चैनल आए जिन्हें देखने के लिए हमें पैसे देने पड़ते थे। अब कुछ चैनल आए जिन्हें देखने के लिए चैनल पैसे देते हैं। टीआरपी के खेल में कुछ तो बचाकर रखो जिसकी ओड में गरिमा- विश्वास कम से कम अपने आंसू बहा सके। जो सवाल एबीवीपी या वहां मौजूद पत्रकार को करना चाहिए वह धर्म संसद बोर्ड के मुखिया ज्योतिष पीठ के शंकराचार्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती ने कर डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि चमत्कार दिखाने वाले उनके जोशीमठ के मकानों में आ गई दरारों को चमत्कार से भर दें तो वो उनका स्वागत करेंगे। दरअसल चैनलों पर ज्योतिष और तथाकथित साधु-संतों के प्रवचनों की भी बाढ़ आती जा रही है। ज़ाहिर है कि समझने से ज्यादा बहकने वाले हमारे देश में ये बिकाऊ माल था और इनके आधार पर चैनलों को भर-भर के टीआरपी व सबक्राइबर मिलने लग जाते है। . इनका संबंध टीआरपी से तो था ही, कमाई से भी था क्योंकि ये ज्योतिषी और साधु-संत चैनलों को पैसे देते थे। इस ट्रेंड से इक्का-दुक्का चैनल ही बच सके, मगर टीआरपी के मोर्चे पर उन्हें इसका भारी नुकसान भी उठाना पड़ा। कुछ प्रवृत्तियाँ न्यूज़ चैनलो पर स्थायी रूप से काबिज़ हो गई तो कुछ आई और चली गई। स्थायी रूप से काबिज़ होने वाली प्रवृत्तियों में क्रिकेट, सिनेमा, और कंट्रोवर्सी शामिल है. लेकिन कुछ प्रवृत्तियाँ आई और चली गई। जैसे एक समय अंध विश्वासों और मिथकों पर आधारित झूठी-सच्ची कहानियों का दौर चल पड़ा था। भूत-प्रेत, सूनी हवेलियां, चमत्कार, दुनिया ख़त्म होने की घोषणाएं, दूसरे ग्रहों से आने वाले जीव-जंतु, अवैज्ञानिक जानकारियों से भरी कहानियों का एक लंबा दौर चला। तमाम चैनल देश भर में इसी तरह की चीज़ें तलाशने और उन्हें नाटकीय रूप देकर प्रस्तुत करने मे जुट गए। आज आलम ये है कि दर्शक दुखी हैं, नाराज़ हैं, लेकिन उनके दिमाग़ों में ऐसा कूड़ा भर दिया गया है कि वे यही सब देख और सराह रहे हैं। ऐसे में हम लिखने के अलावा क्या कर सकते हैं प्लीज जरूर बताइए।
