किसान बारिश- अधंड, झुलसाती गर्मी से मोहब्बत करता है, सरकार उसके मोबाइल को सबकुछ समझ बैठी..

किसान आंदोलन से यह तो साफ हो गया कि केंद्र और हरियाणा में भाजपा सरकार किसानी की असली समझ को समझने के लिए अभी तक गलती पर गलती की जा रही है। सरकार को हालात से निपटने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए और क्या नहीं। कहां से उसके पास इंटरनेट सेवाओं को बंद करने, सड़कों पर दीवार बनाने, कीलें ठोंकने जैसी बिना सिर पैर की सलाहें आ रही हैं। जिसका उलटा असर पड़ रहा है। बहादुरगढ़ के रास्ते टीकरी बॉर्डर पर हम 20 से ज्यादा तंबुओं में बैठे किसानों से मिले जिसमें आधे से ज्यादा की उम्र 60 से 85 साल के आस पास थी। ये किसान दो महीने से यहां पर है। चेहरे पर कोई शिकन नहीं। ऐसा लग ही नहीं रहा कि वे खुले आसमान के नीचे तरह तरह की परेशानियों से लड़ रहे हो। बारिश आने पर कहते हैं फसल के लिए अच्छी है। उल्टा ऊपरवाले का शुक्रिया करते हैं। उन्हें इस बात की परवाह नही कि आसमान से बरस रहा पानी उनके तंबुओं में घुस रहा है। कहते हैं क्या हो गया। बारिश- अधंड- झुलसाती गर्मी से तो हमारी मोहब्बत है। वह हमसे मिलने आती हैं इसमें भी आलाशीन घरों में बैठे लोगों को क्यों तकलीफ होती है। रोहतक के चुलियाना गांव के किसान नरेंद्र सिंह, फतेहाबाद, टोहाना के गांव नहरिया से नरेश कुमार, पंजाब के लुधियाना से सरदार बलवान सिंह, करण सिंह, अमरजीत एक सुर में बोलते हैं कोई सरकार को समझाओं। हमें समझने के लिए पहले उन्हें किसान बनना पड़ेगा। जिसने कभी खेत नहीं देखे वह चापलुस मीडिया के स्टूडियो में बैठकर हमें खेती के फायदे समझा रहा है। ये वो लोग है जो बड़े होटलों में बने भोजन की तारीफ करते हैं लेकिन घर में मां- पत्नी के हाथों से बनी रोटी सब्जी को अनदेखा कर देते हैं। जब शरीर का हाजमा बिगड़ने लगता है तो फिर डॉक्टरों की सलाह पर उन्हें घर में बना खाना याद आता है। कोरोना काल में किसानों ने देश को बचाया तो पूंजीपतियों ने दोनों हाथों से बेदर्दी से लूटा। अब भी पेट नहीं भरा तो अब हमारी खेती पर नजरें टिका दी हैं। किसानों की बातों में कितनी सच्चाई है या मानसिक तौर पर सरकार के तीन बिलों के खिलाफ उन्हें तैयार कर दिया गया है। यह सच्चाई समय के साथ सामने आएगी। रणघोष वहीं दिखा रहा है जो चल रहा है। पंजाब के फरीदकोट से आए युवा धर्मे्द्र सिंह दो महीने से एकदम अलग अंदाज में इस आंदोलन में अपनी भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। वे रोज सैकड़ों पोस्टर तैयार कर रहे हैं जिसमें हिंदी- पंजाबी भाषा में स्लोगन लिखे हुए हैं। धर्मेंद्र बताते हैं वह 16 घंटे इसी काम में लगाता है। वह हजारों पोस्टर बना चुका है। पेशी से किसान बीकॉम इस युवा का कहना है कि किसानी सभी धर्मों से बड़ी होती है। किसानी लड़ना नहीं भाईचारा सिखाती है। किसानी बताती है कलम की ताकत क्या है। तलवारों से जंग नहीं जीती जाती। यहां आकर पता चला पंजाब- हरियाणा की क्या कीमत है। कौन पराया है और कौन अपना। वह स्लोगन दिखाते हुए बताता है कि लोग टूट जाते हैं एक घर बनाने में, सरकारें तरस नहीं खाती बस्तियों को जलाने में। किसानी ने दुश्मनी को प्यार में हिंसा को अंहिसा में बदला है। किसानी ने बताया मिट्टी की ताकत क्या होती है। किसानी ने बता दिया जुल्म के खिलाफ कैसे लड़ा जाता है। मेरा धर्म भी किसानी मेरा कर्म भी किसानी। रहने दो हमारा एक किसानी झंडा, हर झंडे को डंडे में फंसाने में। इन किसानों का कहना है कि सरकार जितना दबाएगी हम उतना ही मजबूत होंगे। कुल मिलाकर हम बार बार कह रहे हैं कहने को यह आंदोलन है असल में यह ऐसे उत्सव की शक्ल ले चुका है जिसे सरकार गलती से इधर उधर से जुटाई भीड़ समझ बैठी है।
