नए कृषि कानूनों को वापस लेने और एमएसपी पर कानून बनाए जाने की मांग करते हुए आंदोलन कर रहे किसान नेताओं ने चक्का जाम करने का ऐलान किया है। संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के नेता बलबीर सिंह राजेवाल ने कहा है कि छह फरवरी को देशभर में आंदोलन होगा। इसके साथ ही, दोपहर 12 बजे से दोपहर तीन बजे तक सड़कों को ब्लॉक भी करेंगे। किसान संगठनों ने चक्का जाम करने का यह ऐलान बजट में किसानों को ‘नजरअंदाज’ किए जाने, विभिन्न जगहों पर इंटरनेट बंद करने समेत अन्य मुद्दों के विरोध में किया है। मालूम हो कि सिंघु, गाजीपुर समेत दिल्ली के कई बॉर्डर्स पर हजारों की संख्या में किसान नवंबर से आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। 26 जनवरी को हुई ट्रैक्टर परेड में हिंसा के बाद आंदोलन कर रहे किसानों की संख्या में पिछले दिनों कमी आई थी, लेकिन भारतीय किसान यूनियन के प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत के भावुक होने के बाद एक बार फिर से आंदोलन को बड़ी संख्या में किसानों का समर्थन मिलने लगा। वहीं, किसान नेताओं ने वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण द्वारा सोमवार को संसद में पेश किए गए वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए बजट पर भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी। स्वराज इंडिया के संस्थापक योगेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि पिछले साल, एमएसपी पर खरीद के लिए एफसीआई को कर्ज के माध्यम से वित्तीय सहायता के लिए बजट आवंटन 1,36,600 करोड़ रुपये था। 85,000 रुपये से कम खर्च किया गया था। इस बार ऐसी कोई राशि आवंटित नहीं की गई है। ऐसी बातों से किसानों को लगता है कि यह एफसीआई को बंद करने की साजिश रची जा रही है।
