कुल मिलाकर धारूहेड़ा नगर पालिका चुनाव शोले फिल्म की तरह अच्छी खासी सुर्खियां बटोर गया। जिसमें गब्बर सिंह की भूमिका में  सिस्टम नजर आया तो ठाकुर अदालत नजर आईं। कंवर सिहं एवं उसका बेटा अंत में जय वीरू की तरह नायक बनकर सामने आ गए।

पंजाब- हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट ने एक लाइन में चुनाव आयोग की फर्जी मार्क्स सीट की जांच रिपोर्ट को खारिज कर नगर पालिका धारूहेड़ा में चेयरमैन चुनाव को पूरी तरह से ड्रामा साबित कर दिया। सवाल अब फर्जी- असली का नहीं सिस्टम के दिवालिएपन का है। आठ माह पहले इस सीट को लेकर हुए चुनाव में जनता ने कंवर सिंह को असली चेयरमैन करार कर दिया था लेकिन किसी की आपत्ति पर उसकी 10 वीं की मार्क्स सीट को फर्जी करार देने की चुनौती मिल गईं। सिस्टम चला रहे अधिकारियों की नजर में यह मार्क्स सीट फर्जी साबित हो गई तो अदालत के पटल पर कैसे इसे खारिज कर दिया गया। यह बेहद ही गंभीर मसला है जिस पर होना कुछ नहीं है यह हमारे देश के सिस्टम की रूटीन परंपरा बन चुका है। एक सरकार युवाओं को नौकरी पर लगाती हैं दूसरी आकर हटा देती है। इसलिए सिस्टम राम भरोसे चल रहा है इस सोच को भी आधिकारिक  तौर पर मान्यता मिल जानी चाहिए। इससे उलट जिसकी लाठी उसकी भैस वाला सिस्टम ज्यादा असरदार काम कर रहा है। अधिकांश मामलों में  न्याय तब मिलता है जब वह इतना थक जाता है कि आगे चलकर खुद ही दम तोड़ देता है। कंवर सिंह भी अपनी इस लड़ाई में थकान की दहलीज पर पहुंच चुके थे इसलिए उपचुनाव में अपने बेटे को जितेंद्र को मैदान में उतार दिया था। इस दौरान चुनाव मैदान में उतरे 9 से ज्यादा प्रत्याशियों ने अपनी जीत के लिए दिन रात एक कर दिए थे। साम दंड भेद के फार्मूले पर पानी की तरह पैसा भी खुब बहाया। इस पूरे मामले की सबसे दिलचस्प बात यह रही कि धारूहेड़ा की जनता को ऐसा चेयरमैन मिल गया जिसने जीतने के लिए ना तो मीडिया से प्रभाव बनाने के लिए  विज्ञापन के नाम पर एक रुपया खर्च किया ओर नाहीं तामझाम या किसी तरह का कोई दिखावा किया। पूरी सादगी के साथ पैदल घूमकर अपने प्रचार को जारी रखा। कंवर सिंह की यही सोच ही उसकी मजबूती का आधार बनती चली गईं। इतना ही नहीं उसकी दसवीं की मार्क्स सीट को गलत ठहराने का दावा करने वाले पहले चुनाव में दूसरे नंबर पर रहे संदीप बोहरा की तरह सस्ती लोकप्रियता हासिल करने के लिए खासतौर पर सोशल मीडिया पर बेवजह आक्रमक नहीं रहे। उल्टा एकदम शांत सोच के साथ मिली इस चुनौती से दो दो हाथ करते रहे। देखा जाए तो कंवर सिंह इस चुनाव में भाजपा नेताओं की आपसी गुटबाजी का शिकार भी हुए। अक्सर प्रभावशाली नेताओं की आपसी चौधर की लड़ाई में उन लोगों को खामियाजा उठाना पड़ता है जो अपनी मानसिक आजादी के साथ तटस्थ रहना चाहता है। कुल मिलाकर धारूहेड़ा नगर पालिका चुनाव शोले फिल्म की तरह अच्छी खासी सुर्खियां बटोर गया। जिसमें गब्बर सिंह की भूमिका में  सिस्टम नजर आया तो ठाकुर अदालत नजर आईं। कंवर सिहं एवं उसका बेटा अंत में जय वीरू की तरह नायक बनकर सामने आ गए
