सीएम नीतीश कुमार के अलावा कौन-कौन से मंत्री ले सकते हैं शपथ? जानें

मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार समेत आधा दर्जन लोगों को राज्यपाल फागू चौहान द्वारा सोमवार को शपथ दिलाए जाने की संभावना है। विश्वस्त सूत्रों के मुताबिक नई सरकार के इस पहले शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में जो नेता शपथ लेंगे उनमें दो जदयू, दो भाजपा और एक -एक-एक हम और वीआईपी से होंगे। कयासों पर भरोसा करें तो सीएम समेत आठ नेताओं के शपथ की भी चर्चाएं हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में भाजपा और जदयू से तीन-तीन लोगों का शपथ होगा। शपथ समारोह राजभवन में होगा।

हालांकि मंत्रिमंडल के स्वरूप और सोमवार को होने वाले शपथ ग्रहण समारोह को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री आवास में शाम साढ़े छह बजे से लेकर देर रात तक मंथन का दौर जारी रहा। इस मंथन में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के अलावा भाजपा नेता देवेन्द्र फड़नवीस, भूपेन्द्र यादव, संजय जायसवाल, नागेन्द्र जी, तारकिशोर प्रसाद जबकि जदयू नेता विजय कुमार चौधरी और आरसीपी सिंह मौजूद रहे।

जानकारी के अनुसार जदयू से नीतीश कुमार मुख्यमंत्री जबकि बिजेन्द्र प्रसाद यादव मंत्री, वीआईपी से मुकेश सहनी जबकि हम प्रमुख जीतन राम मांझी के पुत्र एमएलसी डा. संतोष सुमन मंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। वहीं, भाजपा से तारकिशोर प्रसाद और रेणु देवी का शपथ लेना तय माना जा रहा है। अगर अधिक की संख्या पर मुहर लगी तो भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता प्रेम कुमार, नंदकिशोर यादव, मंगल पांडेय, जदयू के श्रवण कुमार, नरेन्द्र नारायण यादव, महेश्वर हजारी आदि भी शपथ ले सकते हैं। इसके अलावा एक-दो नाम चौंकाने वाले भी हो सकते हैं।

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष पर जिच
सूत्रों के अनुसार बिहार विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष को लेकर दोनों दलों में जिच फंस गया है। संख्या बल के हिसाब से भाजपा ने इस पद के लिए दावा कर दिया है, जबकि जदयू पिछली सरकार की तरह इस पद को अपने पास रखना चाहती है। उसका तर्क यह भी है कि विधान परिषद के कार्यकारी सभापति भाजपा के ही हैं जबकि उस हाउस में जदयू के भाजपा से अधिक सदस्य हैं।

निकट भविष्य में होगा मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार
विश्वस्त सूत्रों की मानें तो एनडीए की नई सरकार का पहला शपथ ग्रहण समारोह फिलहाल छोटे स्वरूप में होगा। सीएम समेत छह से आठ मंत्रियों को शपथ दिलाने के बाद निकट भविष्य में मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार होगा। अधिकतम 36 मंत्री हो सकते हैं। विधायकों की संख्या के लिहाज से भाजपा को सबसे अधिक 20-21 जबकि जदयू को सीएम समेत 13-14 मंत्री मिलेंगे।

पिछली सरकार के 12 मंत्री नहीं दिखेंगे
नई सरकार में पिछली सरकार के एक दर्जन मंत्री नहीं होंगे। दो कपिल देव कामत (जदयू) और विनोद कुमार सिंह (भाजपा) दिवंगत हो चुके हैं जबकि शेष दस चुनाव हार गए हैं। इनमें जदयू के आठ और भाजपा के दो मंत्री शामिल हैं। भाजपा के सुरेश शर्मा और ब्रजकिशोर बिंद वहीं जदयू के कृष्णनंदन प्रसाद वर्मा, जयकुमार सिंह, शैलेश कुमार, लक्ष्मेश्वर राय, संतोष निराला, खुर्शीद उर्फ फिरोज अहमद, रमेश ऋषिदेव, रामसेवक सिंह भी हार गए हैं।

11.30 बजे –  जदयू विधायक दल की बैठक शुरू
11.30 बजे भाजपा विधानमंडल दल की बैठक शुरू
12.00 बजे नीतीश कुमार जदयू विधायक दल के नेता निर्वाचित, बैठक खत्म
12.00 बजे भाजपा विधानमंडल दल के नेता पद के लिए तारकिशोर प्रसाद व उप नेता के लिए रेणु देवी के नाम पर चर्चा
12.30 बजे बजे  भाजपा के विधायक सीएम आवास पहुंचे
12.32 बजे  रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह भी एनडीए विधायक दल की बैठक में शामिल होने एक, अणे मार्ग पहुंचे
1.34  बजे  नीतीश कुमार एनडीए विधानमंडल दल के नेता निर्वाचित। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने उनके नाम की घोषणा की। इसके पहले भाजपा विधायक दल के  नेता तारकिशोर प्रसाद व उप नेता रेणु देवी के निर्वाचित होने की घोषणा हुई
2.10 बजे बजे रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह सीएम आवास से निकले, विधायक भी निकलने लगे
2.14 बजे नीतीश कुमार सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश करने के लिए राजभवन निकले। उनके साथ भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष संजय जायसवाल, बशिष्ठ नारायण, जीतनराम मांझी, मुकेश सहनी, आरसीपी सिंह भी राजभवन गए।
