मणिपुर में तीन महीने व हरियाणा के मेवात समेत के कुछ जिलों में चार- पांच रोज से जिसे हम जाति- धर्म के नाम पर हिंसा, मारकाट, खून खराबा, नफरत कह रहे हैं दरअसल यह विश्व गुरु बनने जा रहे हमारे देश के नेताओं का महाभोज है जिसमें इंसान इंसान को ही खाकर डकार लेता है। चुनाव से एक साल पहले इसकी तैयारियां शुरू हो जाती है। इस दावत की खुबसूरती इसके सभी व्यंजनों का रंग लाल होना है। वह भी गाढ़ा जिस पर लग जाए तो सीधी आग का काम करें। इसी आग में नेताओं के लिए रोटियां सिंकती हैं जिस पर इंसानी मांस का गोश्त, हडिडयों के साथ एक दूसरे को परोसा जाता है। गिलास में लाल रंग का इंसानी शरीर से निकाला गया खून जिसे शरबत कह सकते हैं। उसके पीने से नेताओं का हाजमा व शरीर दुरुस्त रहता है। अगर यह शरबत नहीं परोसा गया तो समय जाइए दावत की तौहीन माना जाएगा। खास बात यह है कि दावत की उबलती कढ़ाई के समय यह पता रहता है कि कितनी तादाद में हिंदू- मुसलमान-सिख- ईसाई के शरीर से अलग अलग हिस्सों से अंगों से तैयार माल से बने ब्रांड का इस्तेमाल किया गया । इस दावत में उन इंसानों को हलाल किया जाता है जिसके दिलों दिमाग में जाति- धर्म का जहर नहीं होता। ये इंसान आसानी से मजदूरी, अलग अलग काम धंधा करते बाजार, खेत खलिहान, इधर उधर मिल जाते हैं जिसका आसानी से बिना हिचक दबे पांव किसी भी समय शिकार किया जा सकता है। इन इंसानों के शरीर को उबलती कढ़ाई में पकाने के बाद जब थाली में परोसा जाता है तो रत्ती भर भी अहसास नहीं होता कि गोश्त में हडडी व मांस किसका था और गिलास में खून किसके शरीर से निकाला गया। आमतौर पर दावत का शैडयूल चुनाव के समय माहौल व मूड के हिसाब से तय होता है। इन दिनों हिंदू मुसलमान ब्रांड की सबसे ज्यादा डिमांड चल रही है। दावत का तड़का इतना लाजवाब होता है कि पड़ोसी देश भी बिना निमंत्रण इसका स्वाद लेने की ताक में रहता है। दरअसल हिंदू मुसलमान ब्रांड का श्रेय गुलाम भारत के शासक अंग्रेजों को जाता है जिनके नुक्शों से इसे तैयार किया गया। आज तक इसका स्वाद हमारे नेताओं के दिलों दिमाग से नहीं उतर पाया है। यहीं वजह है कि राजनीति की हर छोटी बड़ी दुकान पर अलग अलग जाति व धर्म के नाम पर ब्रांड हर समय उपलब्ध रहता है। शहर व गांवों के गली मोहल्ले में इस ब्रांड की फ्रेंचाइजी उन्हीं को मिलती है जो लंबे समय से धर्म व जाति की ठेकेदारी करता आ रहा है। कमाल की बात यह है कि इस ब्रांड को तैयार करने के लिए कुछ भी खर्च नहीं करना पड़ता बस अपने भीतर हिलोरे मारती मानवता व इंसानियत को मारना होता है। वह धीरे धीरे अभ्यास से आ जाता है। दावत से पहले मंदिर को लूटना, मस्जिद को तोड़ने, जाति के नाम पर इस दूसरे को बांटना जैसे आयोजन करना जरूरी होता है। यहां भोग लगने के बाद ही यह दावत प्रसाद के तौर पर धर्म जाति के ठेकेदारों की तरफ से ज्यादा से ज्यादा अपने समुदाय में परोसी जाती है। निमंत्रण पहुंचाने के लिए सोशल मीडिया, चैनल अखबारों की अलग से दुकानें पहले से खुली हुई है। इसी दौरान भूल से कहीं मरती जा रही संवेदनता इंसानियत अचानक जिंदा ना हो जाए। इसलिए उपकार, धूल के फूल जैसी अनेक फिल्मों के गीतों का यहां सुनना पाबंद है। उपकार फिल्म में तो अभिनेता प्राण यह जुर्रत कर गए कि ‘होगा मसीहा…होगा मसीहा सामने तेरे फिर भी न तू बच पायेगा तेरा अपना खून ही आखिर तुझको आग लगायेगा। आसमान में…आसमान मे उड़ने वाले मिट्टी में मिल जायेगा।

अब समय आ चुका है कि हिंदू मुसलमान ब्रांड की सप्लाई करने वाले अपने इस धंधे को बचाने के लिए वे 1959 में बनी फिल्म धूल का फूल में साहिर लुधियानवी के लिखे व मोहम्मद रफी साहब के गाए इस गीत को तुरंत प्रभाव से पूरी तरह से बैन करा दें। इस गीत के बजते ही इंसानी रूह जिंदा होने लगती है।
